Municipal Benchmarking

 

AMEMSO is the EMS link to the Ontario Municipal Benchmarking Initiative (OMBI). OMBI began with the Regional CAOs' group recognizing the need to benchmark best practices in providing various municipal services. Members of AMEMSO serve as OMBI's EMS Expert Panel developing, monitoring and refining measurement indicators to compare performance within local EMS.
